Pilsner 4.8% ABV
Our core line-up Pilsner is a classic and comforting German-style beer. Utilizing premium ingredients to create a crisp, biscuity light beer with a subtle hopped finish.
EAST BAY NIGHTS
Black Lager 5.2% ABV
2022 Great American Beer Festival (GABF) (R) Silver Medal winning beer in the German Dark Lager category. This is our tribute to a classic German Schwarzbier. Don’t let the color of this beer fool you, it’s light on the palate and full of flavor. Notes of coffee and roast with enough German noble hops to round out the malt profile.

West Coast IPA 6.5% ABV
Whether you’re looking for some liquid courage or toasting a personal success, this West Coast IPA is here for you. It’s citrus-y, fruit-y, and pine-y with subtle sweetness and perfect bitterness. With Andrew’s spirit in mind, whatever your own “Dragon” is, just go out there and slay!

BAY SHORE FOG
Hazy IPA 6.5% ABV
Our core Hazy IPA is generously hopped with Comet, Citra, Chinook, and Talus giving it rich aromas of lychee and other tropical fruits in addition to a balanced dose of grapefruit and citrus peel.

Forty-Eight Tears
German Chocolate Imperial Stout 8.25% ABV
It has been an honor to collaborate with the 2024 CA Homebrew Competition Best In Show winner, Doug Walker, to brew this fitting tribute to his dear friend.
In 2014, he lost his best friend, Jeff Mee—known as “48”—to cancer. A devoted husband, father, and grandfather, Jeff was a quiet man with a profound impact. 48 Tears was crafted in his honor, “the strongest beer I brew for the strongest man I knew.”
Inspired by his favorite German chocolate cake, Doug spent nearly a year perfecting the recipe. Early versions incorporated meaningful numbers—his passing date (1.110 OG) and his nickname (48% of an ingredient or 4.8 oz, etc.)—though the beer evolved for balance. This beer is helping keep Jeff’s memory alive in every sip.
Brewed with cocoa nibs, toasted coconut, pecans, and vanilla bean.
F**N IPA
West Coast Double IPA 8.0% ABV
First brewed in 2019, this bold and unapologetic IPA was originally crafted as a rotating hop series called Fn(IPA), highlighting unique hops in each batch. But its nickname, “F**N IPA,” quickly took on a life of its own, so we leaned in and made it official. This IPA is everything you want in a Double IPA and, yes, it’s F**N good!

LUCKY DOG (FT. FLYNN & KIT)
Hazy IPA 6.5% ABV
Flynn and Kit are back on the Lucky Dog can! First debuting in 2022, these beloved pups of Oakland United’s own Tracy Jung are the heart of our beer family. Since then, Flynn has triumphed through a harrowing experience, now rocking life with three legs, proving nothing can slow him down!
These two continue to ride along on Tracy’s sales calls and are regulars at our taproom and warehouse. This release is dedicated to Flynn, Kit, and all the furry friends who make life better. Cheers to resilience, wagging tails, and Hazy IPA! Woof!

Hop Water (talus)
0.0% ABV
Brewed with 100% Talus hops, this hop-infused sparkling water is aromatic with notes of grapefruit, tropical fruits, rose, sage, and pine. Light in body and effervescent.

Our Story
Founded in 2009 as Linden Street Brewery, we became the first community-based production brewery in Oakland since Golden West Brewery closed in the 1950s.

Oakland is and always has been a beer town; a place where hard-working people would gather together to enjoy locally brewed, fresh beer.
OUB brewery
In 2017, following the sale of our building on Linden Street to a new developer, we moved our operations to the waterfront Jack London District and rebranded as Oakland United Beerworks.
