Ian’s “Do You Even Session, Bro?” is a low alcohol IPA packed with hop character. Comet, Chinook and Cascade hops combine with a light malt bill for a perfect springtime afternoon experience. The light malt body, with some residual sweetness, is the perfect canvas for hop expression. The hops provide slight upfront bitterness that opens up into classic Cascade and Chinook fruit zest and pine. The beer finishes with a bit more of an earthy/stonefruit dankness that is attributed to the Comet hops.
