APRICOT CRANBERRY HEFEWEIZEN

Based on our popular summer seasonal Bavarian Hefeweizen, we’ve added the wonderful fall flavors of apricot and cranberry to balance the banana and clove flavors of a traditional Hefeweizen yeast. Think of it as a beer Bellini: crisp, refreshing and quaffable, and oh-so-great with your omelette.

BELGIAN DUBBEL WITH COFFEE

This rich and malty ale is an interesting variation of a classic Belgian Dubbel. Brewed with RoastCo Coffee from West Oakland, we added their cold-brewed Ethiopian Guji after the fermentation process to enrich this ale with its fig and blueberry notes. Perfectly complementing the dried fruit characteristics from the malt, the coffee flavor is subtle at the finish.

Rauchschwarzbier literally translates to “smoked black lager.” A medium-bodied beer, the Rauchschwarzbier makes use of Beechwood smoked malt for a wintery remix of our beloved Black Lager.

Known as the breakfast beer of Bavaria, this refreshing summer beer is made with 50% malted wheat, 50% pilsner malt, German noble hops, and with a famous German yeast strain contributing notes of banana and clove.

Our West-Coast take on a traditional German Märzen Lager, this rich amber beer is full of fall harvest notes. Orginally brewed by Medieval German brewers in March, Maerzen Lagers are brewed strong and well-hopped to survive through the warm summer months.
