Our newest fn(IPA) has just been released! Far from a typical hoppy bomb, our West Coast IPA is balanced and pairs well with food. Each release varies as a function (fn) of the unique combination of hops used, keeping each batch singular and special. This release, our seventh (n=7), uses Southern Aroma and XJA2 Experimental South African hops in the boil followed by dry hopping with XJA2, Southern Star and ADHA484 hops. Enjoy it at our taproom now and soon on tap and in cans at your favorite beer purveyor!
