Climb aboard Franklin D. Roosevelt’s historic presidential yacht and join Oakland United Beerworks for a special evening cruising the San Francisco Bay while enjoying a curated tasting of OUB beers.

This isn’t your average beer tasting. You’ll sip local craft beer aboard a beautifully restored piece of American history while taking in incredible views of the Bay, San Francisco skyline, Alcatraz, and more.

The USS Potomac—affectionately known as the “Floating White House”—served as FDR’s presidential yacht from 1936 until his death in 1945. Now, you’ll have the chance to raise a glass and experience this National Historic Landmark from the water.

Want to really get into the spirit? Break out your best 1930s or 1940s-inspired attire and step back in time with us!

Please plan to eat dinner beforehand, as the food served aboard is intended as small bites to complement the beer tasting. Flat-soled shoes are required, and we recommend dressing warmly in layers for the Bay.
