In a particularly scary and infuriating moment\, we want to show up for organizations doing real\, on-the-ground work—supporting those who are fighting to uphold basic human rights and ensure protection for people who need it most. \nWHO WE’RE SUPPORTING \nACILEP is a collaborative program dedicated to protecting and empowering undocumented communities across Alameda County. Their work includes: \n\nRapid response to immigration-related emergencies\nLegal services for individuals and families facing detention or deportation\nCommunity education and advocacy\n\nTheir mission is to defend immigrants’ rights\, keep families together\, and challenge systemic inequities within the immigration system—while building long-term pathways to safety\, stability\, and dignity. \nHOW YOU CAN HELP \nIt’s simple: drink a beer\, support the cause.
