Our core line-up Pilsner is a classic and comforting German-style beer. Utilizing premium ingredients to create a crisp, biscuity light beer with a subtle hopped finish.
EAST BAY NIGHTS
Black Lager 5.2% ABV
2022 Great American Beer Festival (GABF) (R) Silver Medal winning beer in the German Dark Lager category. This is our tribute to a classic German Schwarzbier. Don’t let the color of this beer fool you, it’s light on the palate and full of flavor. Notes of coffee and roast with enough German noble hops to round out the malt profile.

West Coast IPA 7.1% ABV
Whether you’re looking for some liquid courage or toasting a personal success, this West Coast IPA is here for you. It’s citrus-y, fruit-y, and pine-y with subtle sweetness and perfect bitterness. With Andrew’s spirit in mind, whatever your own “Dragon” is, just go out there and slay!
BAY SHORE FOG
Hazy IPA 7.5% ABV
Our core Hazy IPA is generously hopped with Comet, Citra, and Chinook giving it rich aromas of lychee and other tropical fruits in addition to a balanced dose of grapefruit and citrus peel.

Oakland United prides itself on being one of the most dog-friendly breweries in the Bay Area, and our love for doggos is reflected in our Lucky Dog Hazy IPA series. We honor 6 dogs and their humans, who are faithful regulars at our taproom. So lift this IPA in honor of our top dogs, Winston, Bubba, Renna, Reno & Riva, and Poppy!
SOME KIND OF ALCHEMY
West Coast IPA 6.8% ABV
Citrus, grapefruit, lemon with some honeydew, lemongrass & honey. Gentle sweetness and moderately bitter. Medium body, moderate carbonation.

Belgian Dubbel 7.1% ABV
This Belgian Dubbel features a delicate balance of sweetness and bitterness, with hints of brown sugar, vanilla, caramel, cola, biscuit, and almond aromatics.

ABOUT OAKLAND UNITED BEERWORKS
Our Story
Founded in 2009 as Linden Street Brewery, we became the first community-based production brewery in Oakland since Golden West Brewery closed in the 1950s.

Oakland is and always has been a beer town; a place where hard-working people would gather together to enjoy locally brewed, fresh beer.
OUB brewery
In 2017, following the sale of our building on Linden Street to a new developer, we moved our operations to the waterfront Jack London District and rebranded as Oakland United Beerworks.
